Chelsea Need Wright-Phillips Says Mourinho Ruling-Out West Ham ...

West Ham are ready to sign the 25-year old Shaun Wright-Phillips, England International, who once again came from the bench and sent his fizzling drive in the 83rd minute which landed into the bottom left corner of the nets, beating Levski Sofia keeper Mitrev, hands down. Ultimately the Blues went out to win the match 2-0, in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday evening. The Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, who bought 25-year-old Wright-Phillips for £21m from Manchester City in July 2005, has hardly featured the England international, since his arrival at Stamford Bridge. So far Blues boss Mourinho has started him only in twelve league matches, where on 23 occasions he has started from the bench. Yet Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho insists winger Shaun Wright-Phillips has a future at the club.
